Integrity in Education

In this episode of Science Live, Dr. Roger Billings delivers a powerful and personal message on integrity in education — and why real knowledge is always worth the work.

Then explore the breathtaking science behind bald eagles — from their extraordinary 20/4 vision and UV light detection to the winglet technology inspired by eagle feathers now used on commercial aircraft.

Plus, discover the remarkable recovery story of how bald eagles were brought back from fewer than 420 nesting pairs to over 70,000 today — one of the greatest endangered species success stories in American history.

I find it interesting that NASA has invented a new special dual mod satellite engine that is able to have quick chemical bursts for fast maneuvers and then effective electrical thrusters for long fuel saving trips, that could let satellites the size of lunch boxes travel to Mars and beyond.

I find eagles fascinating, in fact, when I used to stay at my grandparents house, there was always an eagle that would perch on a large tree nearby, ti would always fly by our house, and view our backyard. I have to wonder, do eagles have long-term memory, similar to humans? Because every year, without fail, he (we call him Steve) perches on the same tree, and flies over our yard.

It is NOT okay to pay someone to do work,
but the guy that did admit he got paid to do courses did a good thing to tell Dr. Billings.

I have a message to any student who will read this:
Your parents or guardians are PAYING MONEY, THEIR MONEY THAT THEY EARNED, to pay for YOUR EDUCATION.
Please, please, DO NOT make parents waste money on an education if your not going to learn it.

    Reply
    • Destiny

Eeeexactly, preaching straight facts. Education is a gift, and so is homeschooling. I hope more kids realize that by paying people to do their work or wasting time procrastinating instead of doing your work isnt cheating anybody but yourself in the long run.
