The Miraculous Octopus

This week join Roger Billings and the Science Live crew in an exploration of one of nature’s most remarkable creatures: the octopus!

We’ll learn about the octopus’s remarkable camouflage abilities and the science that allows them to change color and texture in as little as 200 milliseconds. Did you know they have no backbone and not one, but three hearts! Discover more fascinating facts and fun stories about these remarkably intelligent creatures.

This episode also includes updates on Acellus World – a new cyber school program, and don’t miss the hilarious segment where R51 attempts — with mixed results — to train an octopus named Octagon.

Hiya, my question/comment is what research sources did you use for the video? Also the horseshoe crab has blue blood like the octupus the differnece is that their blood is the cure to lots of things (that was about the horseshoe crab).also there is a bug with the system. When you try submitting your comment and your pre signed in it makes you leave and go back to the video causing you to have to retype your comment when you go back also causing the video to reset.
