It was cool learning about the catalytic diet I didnt realize how many bad foods there are in the world!!!
When you are on the catalytic diet do you have a certain amount of calories, vitamin’s, and sugar.

This was a very interesting session. I am playing catch up, so please bear with me. I didn’t realize that natural herbs had such great effects on our bodies. I am glad to get a little clarificaiton about the gold key as well.
You know! I love healthy foods, especially when they’re good for me
Does dyed food affect the body more than foods that have no dye but are still colored?

Eating different junk food is not good for you. It gives you less energy . But if you eat good food that is healthy for you it gives you more energy.

It was great learning about the catalytic diet because there is a lot of things that you should definitely look out for and even portion wise. Also this science live was great and entertaining (ALWAYS).

We have an Area 51 in Las Vegas. That’s where i live. I work out and eat low fat yogurt and drink smoothies for my fruits and vegetables. I like learning about the better things to eat for my diet.

This was very interesting, I like the visuals provided to see the difference between a good meal and not so good.
Being a year-round athlete, it is important to be watchful of the kinds of food I consume. The main unhealthy treat I used to mainly used to eat was chocolate, I now reward myself with strawberries lightly drizzled with dark chocolate. Improving your eating habits, along with working out, will do a number of amazing things to your body and your mindset.

Food can also effect your sleep which can effect your mood and brain. Food is your fuel and if you put the wrong fuel aka bad food like junk food your gonna get off track. Like a car for example if the car uses regular gasoline and you put diesel fuel in then your car isn’t going to run right.
