It’s impressive how well made morse code is, it may seem like people just memorise the whole morse alphabet to translate it, but it’s actually done via process of elimination, removing possible options as the message goes on. I fond that INCREDIBLY fascinating.
R is so smart.
The watch part was interesting.
Morse code is cool
Love the lesson about radio waves and I hope we get to learn more about this in the future.
Me and my cousin made a radio out of a spool of copper wire and a 2×4 and a antenna made from a old fishing pole wrapped in copper wire with a coat hanger on top.
Is it bioluminescence that caused the coral to glow? I just learned there’s water deep beneath the Earth’s surface in crystalized form and I thought that was so cool! Science is awesome!
Morse code was quite interesting, they just made a machine making a bunch of dots and lines, and they used it to communicate, crazy.
Love Acellus!
R 51 is so funny.
I like learning about space and astronauts a lot!
I want to be the first person to walk on Mars.
I love learning anything about lasers, they’re very cool.
I would like to take a class to learn about ham radio as well as learning to be a pilot. When my dad was in the Marine Corps, he used to work on a CH-53 helicopter. I like Morse Code because it is like another language.
I really enjoyed this weeks science live
This one was pretty good. My question this time around is, how does the ISS function in space? What are its purposes?
The talk on the laser cooling was really neat to learn about. My great grandparents used to have a ham radio. It was interesting to learn more about how they work.

How do watches work in outer space?
How would you tell time in space without a clock?
Comment I really enjoyed this live !! Thank you for all you do for us!!!
I liked how Dr. John talked about the coral in the ocean and the hammer cooral. so when you shine a black light on the coral is it the same as bioluminescence
I think that it is funny that they called it the Snoopy Award!
I have a cousin who works at NASA so I really enjoy talking about it and talking about the moon! The launches are really cool!
In the movie Elio, they use ham radios to talk into space. Is that possible?
R51 is so funny!!!
I learnt a lot about radio and radio waves in this Science Live, and in my opinion, a course about radio would be quite nice and captivating. Besides that, I took a course about being a pilot and flying helicopters is fantastic and I take interest in that!

The thought of radio waves being in the air ind us not being able to see it blows my mind! *
Acellus is so much fun!
Never knew that lasers could cool something, very interesting
I LOVE SCIENCE
I agree with Dr. Joshua, when you try to cram your brain with as much information as possible a day before a test, you will most likely not do very well. It is best to have a study routine a week or two before the test.
Adding an Aviation class would be awesome!
I love learning and watching these videos they are very helpful
Morse code sounds like it would be interesting to learn.
I can’t wait for the aviation class!! When will we be able to enroll?
really cool science live this week.
Wow a cooling laser, that is AWESOME! I never knew a laser could actually be cooling, I always thought it would only create heat, very interesting!
Fascinating that lasers can cool. Also I wonder if there is a spectrum of light that we don’t know about that we can see radio waves.
The quantum computer looks crazy. Why does being cold help keep the quantum state?
Very good episode. I love Acellus.
So just like being consistent with exercising our bodies, we must also do the same with our brains to achieve better results.
How much money does the Omega Watch cost? It looks very cool.
Where do radio waves end?!
I Love listening to r51
Thank you for class this week, I loved learning about radio waves.
Ok, so honestly that story of the Omega Watch and its crucial role in the Apollo missions. Especially with Apollo 13, in which those 14 seconds made all the difference which is amazing (and terrifying) for me. Plus, with that iconic Apollo 11 photo, now I can’t unsee the watch on his wrist, so that’s neat.
This Science Live was awesome! It’s so nice to hear about how students are learning with Acellus!
I watched from North Dakota!
My dad created a saltwater tank with many different types of coral and sea anemone. They are very bright in color and I love just looking at the tank. It is very relaxing.
are we going back to the moon
I worked with Morse Code in third grade and I loved it!!!
Studying for a shorter amount of time always helps my kids memorize things easier
I love being able to learn about science through these lives every week. Who knew radio waves could be so interesting?

Radio waves are everywhere
Hi, I loved this science live and also loved learning about radio waves. Thank you for the science live
How much total did it cost to make the Omega watch?
Love science it’s great 👍👍👍👍👍 👍 ❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯⚡⚡⚡✨✨✨✨
Making a good schedule for your own learning is in my opinion one of the best habits a young person can make.
I didn’t know lasers could do so many cool things.
My favorite is R-51!
I find the corral extremely interesting especially since they are florescent and brightly colored. I love how beautiful science can be!
It’s cool how this is used for so many of the thing we use today
if all radio stations and phones are using radio waves, how do they keep all the different signals from getting mixed up and interfering with each other?
I love Acellus its awesome it helped me so much with my school! Because of you guys I love Math!
Radio waves are very interesting!
R51 is so funny, he always has me laughing!
Do the coral ever change color depending on its surroundings?
I never knew a laser could be cooling
I felt overloaded in school, but I complete my work everyday in a lot less time using Acellus.
Thank you for the class, I really enjoyed learning about the radio waves.
What is the recommended amount of time to study per class per day in order to help your brain retain as much of the information as possible and should you spread out some classes for example study math on monday, wendnesday and, friday so you have a day in between where you didn’t study math so your brain has time to process that while also splitting all your classes like that switching them to keep studying consistent between all classes. lets say you have 6 classes and you study three of those classes like I stated before and the other three you study on tuesday and thursday switching which ones your studying on which days every week. Would this be better than spending every day studying every class because you warn against cramming and if you study everyday for every class you’re still studying a lot per day even if you only have six classes.
science live is my favorite part of the week!
Is there a way that I can change my daily/weekly limits and get it to stay like that permanently so that I don’t get told to come back next week because I would like to spend more time on my work, because I work faster than my friends so then I don’t have anything else to do for the rest of the week?
I love how Science Live is always teaching me something new!
Thanks for this video today!! I never knew radio waves would be that interesting!!
I Love this science live!
Would an atomic clock work in space as well as the omega watch?
Radio waves are one of my favorite topics in Chemistry. I like learning how they interact with atoms, electrons, and different materials sensitive to electromagnetic radiation.
This video was awesome! 😎👍
that is really cool I want to be like dr. roger billings
The watches in space part was really cool!
the shirt I voted for was shown! r51 for the win!
I love science live its such a cool way to learn things.
This is the best time of the week for me!
The information on Morse code was very interesting!
Love Acellus!!!
I would like a radio class and a helicopter class. My dad says he used to work in radio and that is how he got so good at repairing things.
We love the new things we learn from Science Live!
thank you acellus
Thank you for another episode!
I think classes on Morse code would be really interesting.
I love the radio! It’s cool to see how it works!
I would like to learn Morse code as well
Wow! Today we talked about two of my favorite things, the ocean, and astronomy. We need to talk about it more! I really loved hearing about how the coral and sea anemones helped to figure out about lasers being able to cool as opposed to just heat, and hearing about how watches of all things helped astronauts so much in space was fascinating. It was such fun to hear about my favorite subjects! Please try to include them more 💚
Why do you need a license to have a ham radio? If you dont have a license can you get in trouble for having a ham radio?
How expensive was the Omega watch used by astronauts?
Great episode today. Im thankful for Acellus!
❤️❤️
Acellus is the best!
Omega is comparable to Rolex in terms of quality and status, so I’d assume it’s at least a few thousand dollars.
Acellus is amazing!
I didn’t know that the astronauts wore watches to the moon!
