    Hello! I learned about neuroplasticity in the high school psychology course, and it is very fascinating! It makes so much sense that studying a little every day is better than cramming all at once, because cramming all at once really disinhibits your ability to fully memorize the knowledge you need to know; but studying intermittently every day creates a stronger and more effective memorization of knowledge, so you can do better on those exams!
