How do the Northern lights come out at light.
Thank you for doing the science live episodes!
What kinds of properties do corals have that makes them appear in fluorescent colors?
Thank you all for the effort that goes into these lives! Best part of my week for sure.
That’s cool that a watch saved people.
It is crazy to think those corals can let off all that colorful light at the bottom of the ocean.
What is the range of a standard radio tower
I love these! I learn so much!
I find Morse code interesting because it’s a way of communicating with people in different situations.
Another excellent Science Live – thank you for the interesting content!
The Apollo space missions have always caught my attention thank you for sharing.
a pilot class would be awesome
Science Live is out of this world!!
I found it interesting that lasers can not only produce heat to cut things like metal, but lasers can also cool things. I didn’t know that!
I didn’t get to comment the night this came out but me and my dad would sure like aviation classes. He already has his private license .
Most excellent episode Roger Billings!
I always really enjoy Mr.Tobias’ segment!
This was such an interesting Science Live! Thank you!
Thank you for these weekly science lives!
I love watching Science live every week!
Comparing studying to going to the gym was a really good explanation for me for frequently studying instead of cramming. Great study tip!
Hi, my name is Brieanna! I love science live, and I also love your inventions! I’ve always dreamt of being an inventor too!
Love, Brieanna
The coral reef is so pretty!
Radio Waves are pretty cool. I have an FM Radio and has radio waves transmit into it.

I love learning new things! Radio waves are so cool
We saw the northern lights from NC . Radio wav
Me too! Science writing and reading are favorites🧬📝📖
Coral is beautiful!
Hello 👋 from New Mexico
It was shocking how a watch could work in space. The omega watch saved Apollo 13 by being the only watch to tell him in space. It helped time the burner to 14 seconds because if they were off by even a single second then they would have missed earth. It was also neat to learn the lasers down only heat up objects but can cool them down as well. This live had a lot of information on it and I really liked it.
I love radio waves.
Morse code sounds fun!
I find it really fascinating that we can have forms of wireless communications, Thank you for making science live and educating about subjects like this!
So for the florescent coral, is it toxic to fish if they try to eat them?
Coral reefs are sooooo pretty!
I love Morse code!
What makes the radio waves fuzzy when I’m listening to the radio????
I love R51!
I LOVE SCIENCE LIVE!!! : )
Thank you for this episode of Science Live!
Great live! Science is so much fun!!
the coral reef it looks like its glowing i also like r51 like he is so funny
I’ve always wondered what fm and am mean on radios, now I know why!
I finally learned what fm and am mean on a radio.
I know I have always wondered the same thing
I love learning new things science has too be one of my favorite subjects!
Thank you Acellus Academy for the Science Live! Always looking forward every Wednesday for this!
I don’t care what some people say, science is cool.
science is fun so is learning new things.
The coral is majestic😍
Great Science Live. R-51 is really funny.
Super interested in that new course!!
How is it possible for something to emit a different light than what’s hitting it?
Please make both a Pilot and a HAM radio class!
Coral is so pretty and one of my favorite things in the ocean to look at.
I love Acellus!
i never knew austronauts needed a watch in outer space. really crazy to think that omega business must’ve had amazing business when it went out in space.
I think it would be awesome to have a history of technology course. It would include things such as the electric car, iPhone, and a few more like it. Also great video!
Acellus is amazing!
I would love a class on flying, it is something I am very interested in! PLEASE make a class on being a pilot!
Thank you for this episode of Science Live! I really enjoyed it.
I had no idea that astronauts wore watches to the moon, I think that’s really cool!
Learning about the history of the omega speedmaster was cool. My dad actually owns a bulova lunar pilot, which went to the moon on the Apollo 15 mission in 1971.
Acellus is an amazing learning platform!
Thank you Dr. Billing’s!
I listen to the radio almost everyday so it was cool to hear more about how it works. Also the florescent coral was beautiful and inspired me to do in art piece.
The step goals is very simple and helpful tool I use daily, and makes learning more easier and manageable.
Thank you Dr. Billings! Incredible lesson as always!
I would love more asl classes
Great video! I liked learning about the Omega watches, and I also enjoyed learning a little about Morse Code. It made me want to take the time to learn Morse Code for myself. Very educational, thank you!
I would love to have an aviation class, morse code, and hand radio classes! That sounds like so much fun!
What happens to the propagation of a radio wave when it passes through a region of the ionosphere with a strong magnetic field aligned with the wave vector?
Acellus lives are so entertaining but educational at the same time, for example today I learned that astronauts wear watches to the moon. I would have never imagined them needing a watch the whole trip or a watch even being on the moon!
Radio waves are so cool.
I did not know what astronauts used omega watches to be able to tell time in space, and I found the story very interesting.
Dr Billings is such an interesting person. He is so smart. I always looks forward to our weekly videos
I really enjoyed this video. I learned a lot about NASA’s testing in order to get something into space. I like that they have such thorough testing for their products they bring to the moon!
Lazers are very cool. Those Omega watches are insane and incredible!
I find it very interesting that radio waves are invisible yet play a huge role in our day to day lives.
i like the r51 shirt
I loved learning about this.
I love Acellus
Some aviation classes would be amazing. Great watching science live
Yes, I’d love a high school aviation course!
I like watching Science Live because it teaches me new and interesting topics!
Yes, Please offer an Aviation course!
I like about how Dr. Tobias was talking about the astronauts, and I really liked learning about Charlie Brown and Snoopy.

I would absolutely love a class surrounding anything aviation related!
I will definitely try studying that way.
Love the T-shirts!
If I’m being honest I think I would take a class on Morse code if acellus offered it.
Hello, my name is Jacob. I especially liked the part about the first watches used in space, because of how it worked different than other watches. I also think that a class about morse code would certainly be interesting. Anyway, thank you for the knowledge.
I think there are no boring courses on Acellus, so the new one (if you launch it) would be great!
Study hard and study often!
I had never heard of the Snoopy award. I really enjoyed learning about that and how the Omega company was awarded it for their watch invention that helped Apollo 13 return home.
Radio waves are very interesting and cool to learn about!
I always love the technology spotlight and breakthrough moments in science!
how expensive was the Omega watch used by astronauts
I really liked learning am and fm radio waves. I didn’t know that am meant Amplitude modulation and measures how high or low the waves are. Or that fm meant Frequency modulation teach measures the sound. Really cool.
I love this school
I liked learning about the Morse code and how the tapping sounds traveled.
I didn’t know that the astronauts wore watches to the moon!
I’ve always found consistent studying to be the more informative technique but didn’t know there was science behind it. It certainly makes a lot of sense.
Tobias’s lesson on the astronauts watches was interesting.
R51 is so funny
I love Acellus
Radio waves are quite interesting! It’s so cool how you can communicate with dots and lines!
Radio waves are very interesting
Watching the live with my family right now!
Astronauts are such strong people since they do a lot of training and face danger.
I always think going to space is so cool and maybe one day I can go to space.
I would also love to have classes about morse code
I never really thought about how important watches were in space!
Makes sense that consistent studying is a lot more helpful. I could definitely be better with that.
I think a pilot class is a good idea. Not a lot of people become pilots even today.
Science is my favorite subject!
I think the omega watch is awesome! And I think that we should do ham radio lessons, it seems really cool.
Thank you so much for all that you do. I love watching Science live every week and learning new things. Acellus has changed my life and I feel like I’m exceeding my expectations for how I do in school. Love the program and love you guys!
Id love to have a class that teaches Morse code.
Wow such a cool episode. Loved learning about astronauts!
A pilot class would be amazing!
The segment on using lasers to cool was interesting. I’d like to hear more about that. I’m also interested in hearing more about quantum computers.
R-51 is hilarious as always.
Radio waves are more interesting than I thought
I think that a pilot class is a great idea, I would definitely be interested.
Acellus is amazing
This was really interesting especially about radio waves and morse code
When are the new classes coming out? I am most interested in the morse code class because I took the “signs, signals, and codes” merit badge for B.S.A. and I really want to know more about morse code.
I had no clue that astronauts wore watches in space, that’s very interesting!
The swing analogy was perfect.
I would love to take a class on flying!
Acellus is awesome!!!
Science live is amazing!!!
Cool video, I enjoyed learning about the Omega watches the most, I didn’t know they were that good, especially for space travel! Maybe if i go to space one day I’ll get one lol.
Morse code and ham radio sounds fun
Radio waves are interesting .
so interesting how things we use every day have so much that go into them
How much are the shirts 👕
Why did astronauts need watches so badly? Does omega still make them?
I think that a class on morse code would be really cool
Also, about flying! I am currently in the process of learning to fly through CAP and other organizations, and a class would be amazing!
Radio waves are super cool. Crazy how they work! I would also excited for an aviation class that includes planes! I am looking for a career as areospace engineering, and feel a class like this would be a great class for me.
I enjoyed learning about the Omega watch, I never knew it was able to withstand so many different challenges.
I think have Morse code and Pilot classes would be really cool and I would take them.
Did the omega watch worn in space need a special kind of battery?
I didn’t realize the radio towers were different heights. Now when I see them, I’ll be looking closer at these.
I’m very curious. Does HAM stand for something?
being able to use radio to talk to family across the world would be nice.
I wish everyone still knew Morse code.
Morse code classes would be super fun, I also think it’s super neat that the topic was HAM radio. I learned a little bit about HAM through civil air patrol, but this explanation was a great build off of that!
I really enjoyed today’s Science Live! I thought that the Omega watch was really cool, and the radio waves too! It was also really funny when at the end the lizard was walking on the table and on the walls.
I never knew you had to have a special license to transmit a signal using a ham radio.
morse code classes would be cool. I also think its so cool so many talented people use this school.
I have learnt a lot from Acellus it’s a very good program
I think a pilot class would be very cool!!
Morse code is so cool!
I think classes on Morse code would be really interesting
Acellus is AWESOME
