It’s interesting that people learn sign language and can use it to communicate like those of us who speak fluently. I could never imagine being able to speak a second language like that!
I would like to see a bunch of cool robots at a invention fair.
I LOVE THIS VIDEO!
Asl is so crazy amazing
GOOD VIDEO
It’s possible that millions of years ago that water flowed on Mars.
Wow I didn’t know ASL could be so fun!
Would love an ASL class! Would be very helpful in real world situations.
I take the ASL class here on acellus, and it is by far my absolute favorite class. Mrs. Donny always keeps things so interesting and it was amazing to see some of that incorporated into thsi video. you guys should try to do some signing more!
I loved learning ASL in elementary school it was so fun!
If it weren’t for inventors, our house would have no lights! How did that start?

The ASL lesson was so cool to learn
I love doing ASL
ASL is a great thing to learn as a child.
I would love to make my own computer
Thank you, science is my favorite subject!
I wonder how long it would take to get a new invention ready and approved to be sold in stores or used in factories.
This was so funny.
It’s continuation of the last two videos, I’ve like these three videos a lot.
I will always remember that I must first decide what success means to me. Great advice!
ASL for younger elementary students is great for them to understand to communicate with students that sign. Inventors have limitless potential to solve things and have lots of opportunities to succeed.
Very motivating to see the steps to lay out a plan to create something. Thank You!
Love this video!!!
You must be creative to make an invention!
Adding the ASL is amazing , will be starting that class once available to the younger students. I agree that an idea turned into not only what you envisioned but evolve into so much more is a massive milestone, it was a great way to explain that with my daughter .
I find it fascinating that in this episode Billings discusses how inventors take their initial ideas and create new tangible creations!
It’s so cool to see the ASL class! Having such a useful language become more widespread is great.
Thank you
everything is milestones. I hope we keep remembering that.
thanks for making all these graet vids:)

i love how these lives are so informing.
The army story was funny “bang bang” 😂
This is an awesome video.
I really enjoy how you break down each and every step. You take your own experience and use it as an example for us. So helpful!
In the second step of inventioneering, how do you effectively validate whether a solution truly addresses the identified problem before moving on to development?
I love the ASL course, Ms. Donnie is so good at explaining things. Totally recommend!
Wow! I can’t wait until I have the right stuff to create a robot.
That is so cool 😎 and funny science live

ASL IS VERY IMPORTANT!
R-51 is so silly
The evolution of technology is so intriguing yet scary at the same time, the lesson with the RFID’s, I thinks its really cool already how I only have to tap my phone to pay for things. Cant yet can lol, wait to see what the future has in store for us.
WHAT? Headphones cost MONEY!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!???!?!!?
I got on Acellus in April and now I’m done with 5th grade ELA. It’s so EASY!
These chips today are crazy today.
This video really makes me want to invent something of my own—so inspiring to see all these cool ideas!
I wonder how they stuck the R.F.I.D in the car. I wonder how they made the R.F.I.D so small.
Why are inventing phones to talk to Mars a bad idea?
Another great Science Live with great information.
I love how they make jokes.
Interesting first part about the Russians and spying. I’m interested in pursuing a degree in criminal justice and possibly go on to become something with counter intelligence or FBI one day.
Thank you so much for adding the ASL course me and my mom have been looking for an ASL class. This is super helpful, again, thank you so much!!
I tried looking up inventioneer and the first thing that popped up was Dr.Roger Billings’ Science Live. YOUR FAMOUS DR.ROGER BILLINGS!! Also I LOVE these science lives so much.

amazing video as always!
Do we have any idea how long it would take to form a star?
This is very intresting
I would like to enroll in the asl class.
Nice
I love Science Live! 💖 I learn so much! A few days ago, I had to do a presentation, and I watched a Science Live video from a few months ago and I got first place! Thank you so much Science Live!😁 especially Tobias! He was the one who provided all the information for my project! So Thank You! ✨
The embrace her mistakes joke cracked me up, that was pretty good lol. Also, the hydrogen cloud forming a star, about that, that hydrogen cloud probably used to be a star (because all stars are made out o hydrogen) and there are usually two outcomes possible when a star is at the end of its life; it either explodes in a supernova or it will occassinly collapse on itsself and form a black hole. If it explodes, it will spread its matter over a VERY large space of.. well… space, and it spreads the hydrogen! As a result of gravity, over millions and millions of years, the hydrogen will come back together and form a new and different star! And if it turns into a black hole, the star happens to be so heavy and big and when it reaches a certian amount, it compresses and collapses and makes a black hole! Well, I just acted like a full nerd (Which I am proud of :3). Well theres a little lesson for everyone in the comment! Thanks again for the wonderful Science LIVE and I’ll be sure to watch next week!
Always fun to watch.
This is very cool.
I have one of those old radios!!!!
The hopping robot is super funny.

I am watching with my son, Trystan. I don’t know if I should thank you, since now Trystan wants to invent everything that crosses his mind 🙂
This is great! Thank you.
How soon until hydrogen will be a common fuel?
When I grow up I want to be a police officer and a fire fighter and help people. I think finding something so things won”t catch fire would be good.
This was super cool to learn about
amazing livestream lik always :33333
How did they make those jumping robots?
Always amazing! Thanks Dr.B!
I like to go shopping with my mom and help her scan the things we buy. Do the hand scanners use the same thing as you where talking about?
How long was Russia able to spy on America with the hidden microphone?
I AM THE FIRST COMMENT!!!!!
i love these videos! keep up the work guys thank u for this enjoyment.
good class
I love this live .
When it comes to inventing, does a major portion of the process involve the necessity of a new invention or does it typically randomly come to the inventor when they observe something that could be streamlined?
I am excited to take the new ASL elementary class in Acellus. This will help me better communicate with my friends.
How often are inventions made
Hi love you videos
When was the first floppy disc made?
I learned that scientists found a cloud that’s turning into a star.
Dr. B! I wanna know, what inspired you to become an inventor?
