    I believe that it is extremely interesting how the contrast between Ancient Wheat and Modern Wheat really impacts the ways digestive systems accept them. In soem ways, Ancieant Wheat is a digestible item for certain bodies that normally can’t process wheats. The process of creating the bread from all that wheat was also very fascinating. In general, I learned a lot about whaet today.
