I didn’t know different colors had different temperatures from red as the hottest to violet as the coldest colors we can see and infa red light is the hottest color we know!!! If infa red light is the hottest color then is ultra violet light the coldest color?!

I know this might sound crazy but here me out
    New conspiracy theory
The protégés are really just test subjects for r-51 to experiment on. Like he said he just created the serum and he never thought it would work on protégés. It almost seams that as he’s experimenting on them he is preparing them to become teachers. As we saw in the little clip when they drank the serum David gets a vision of doctor john whilst Caleb gets a vision of lady pajet. Not only do they get the visions of the teachers but they also get the knowledge and experience of them. Might be a little foreshadowing going on here.
