I wonder what type of mold is best at shielding from radiation and how we would even contain it, also even limiting its growth. I did not know that the first LED was the red LED, I did know the blue LED was one of the hardest to make, some even thought it was impossible to produce.

I have always thought that LEDs are amazing, people used to have to worry about the cost of lighting rooms but now the cost is comparitivly miniscule and the usage of electricity is very, very small. I wonder how other creatures and plants would adapt to generational radiation. The thought of it is actually making me think about how I could implement that kind of adaption into a nuclear apocalypse story.
