I am thankful for science live, and I think planes are interesting but I have never flew in one before, maybe one day I can. My cousin is a pilot. I find it crazy how big planes are and how fast they can go and not just drop out of the sky.

I love the newly added feature of being able to see other students’ comments. Since it has been added, I always enjoy scrolling through and reading comments, especially during the episode where everyone was posting their design submissions! It’s a cool way to see what other students think and what they wonder about.

We also really liked Dr. Tobias telling us about the Leyden jar and how it led to Benjamin Franklin inventing the “electric batteries”. And R51 was hilarious as always!

How different would the world be today if we discovered electricity 100 years earlier?
I agree there is always something to be grateful for. I chose to see the glass half full! I found the pitot tube info interesting especially about the altitude changing the speed.
