acellus fan from dominican republic!
I always find it interesting how people come up with their ideals.
Having Vibrations to break up ice on airplane wings seems to be a safer option than having crews de-ice the wings. This may provide a more efficient and time-saving process.
Watching from Kentucky!! I like shirt #10!! I love watching these lives!!
The trick that was shown was cool I want to try it at home!!!
I think i already commented but I love DrB!!!!!! I learn soooo much from science lives!
Thank you for doing these every week! I always look forwards to them!!!!
I like the t-shirts.
It’s so cool that there are hydrogen trains in the United States now! Thinking of transportation by train reminds me of airplane travel… I wonder if someday there will be hydrogen powered airplanes. I see so many airplanes pass over my town, day in and day out; as amazing as it is to see something fly across the sky, I can’t help but think about all the fuel it consumes. Hearing that news about trains gives me hope for a day when planes will be fueled by something more eco friendly, perhaps that could even be hydrogen.
Speaking of airplanes, Dr. John’s segment during this episode was so interesting! I had completely forgotten that it was so cold up in the sky, cold enough that scientists would have to figure out a way to shake off all the ice formed on a planes’ wings. I suppose I should’ve remembered that fact, seeing as I’ve watched “Iron Man” enough times to know that Tony Stark comes across an ‘icing problem’ the first time he flies the suit high enough in the atmosphere. I’ll never forget again.
One time I took a bottle of water out of the refrigerator in a hotel and it was liquid, but when I opened it and started pouring it in my cup it started freezing as I was pouring it like what happened in this video.
I am so happy that we have science live.
Omega was the first watch in space. That is cool! Moonwatch!
