I caught a chrysalis and kept it in a jar. It hatched and ended up being a hummingbird moth. My mom said they aren’t too common anymore. We looked them up online and watched the videos.

My mom and I have watched our own butterflies grow from start to finish. We order a kit offline. It was amazing watching the calipers make there cocoon around them then about 6 weeks a beautiful butterfly comes out of the cocoon. You can’t touch butterflies specifically there wings oils from our figures will prevent them from flying and it will harm the butterfly.
I am from St. Louis and we have a butterfly house in one of our major parks. It is magical. I helped my aunt develop a butterfly garden for her college campus. Every year we have a butterfly festival and the science club helps community members catch tag and release monarch butterflies as they migrate. It is so amazing because we can then track them on our computers.

This is so fascinating. I did not know that butterflies were so interesting
We have a big fair where we live every fall. This year they had a butterfly experience. We were able to hold these little sticks with sponges soaked in nectar. They taught us how to hold these under the butterfly and they would stay on the sponge and drink the nectar. It was so much fun.
I really love butterflies! So this lesson was really interesting for me. My favorite butterfly would definitely always be the monarch! It is very beautiful.
Butterflies really are amazing and the butterfly course sounds great. My family and I visited a butterfly sanctuary last year and it was one of the most incredible and interesting experiences of my life. If we visit it again and time it right we might be able to see the largest butterfly in our country.
My favorite part is when they were talking about and showing the butterflies at the chrysalis stage. I also think the part where they were talking about plumstupid fishing hook; the purple color brings it out and makes it more glowy. It is funny that they named it because it caught a stupid amount of fish.

I went to a butterfly park once, it was a mazing. there were millions of butterflies just flying around.
I remember when I went to one of those butterfly enclosures/zoos, literal THOUSANDS of butterflies were in there. It’s one of my favourite memories of when my grandma was still alive, I remember being bored as heck, as I was still young and wanted to do other things, and it was hot too😅, but that didn’t make the butterflies any less beautiful…
We have been to butterfly enclosures and really enjoyed them. we ussed to have so many at our old house near our pool. They loved the flowers we had.
