By posting, uploading, or submitting any comment, image, artwork, diagram, photo, video, data, or other material (“User Content”) via ScienceLive.com (including comment forms, contact forms, or any interactive feature), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
You hereby grant ScienceLive.com, its affiliates, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully-paid license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content (in whole or in part) on ScienceLive.com, in newsletters, social media, educational materials, apparel, classroom resources, research publications, and any other media now known or later developed. You understand that you will not receive any additional payment beyond any prize offered. We may, but are not required to credit you.

2. Retention of Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. This license does not transfer ownership.

3. Educational & Research Use
You expressly permit ScienceLive.com to also use your User Content for non-commercial educational, scientific, or research purposes, including sharing with schools, universities, or science outreach programs. 

4. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in the User Content (or have permission from the owner);
• The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• The User Content is not defamatory, obscene, harmful, or illegal;
• If the User Content involves a minor, you are the parent/legal guardian or have their written consent.

5. No Obligation to Display
ScienceLive.com may display, edit, remove, or refuse any User Content at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ScienceLive.com harmless from any claims arising from your User Content.
